Shipping And Delivery Policies

Delivery charges are calculated based on the order value, weight, and location. Order weight more than 25kg need to pay an additional charge based on additional weight. Weekend delivery selection is only valid if you pay Weekend Delivery charges during checkout. If you choose Saturday / Sunday for delivery but do not pay the Weekend Delivery charges, your order will be rescheduled to the next available weekday. Please make sure that you pay Weekend Delivery charges during checkout when you choose Saturday / Sunday delivery.

We deliver our products to Great Britain. After we hand over the package to the courier service, you will receive a tracking code, with which you can follow the status of your package at all times. Orders made on weekends and holidays are shipped on the next business day.

We currently do not offer returns from the UK. If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within an hour of receiving the confirmation.

Free delivery

We offer free standard delivery to all mainland UK addresses on orders over GBP 38 (including VAT).

We will aim to dispatch  same day for orders placed by 12 pm Mon-Fri

Deliveries take 2-3 working days and delivered between 8am – 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays)

All other orders will be subject to delivery charges as detailed in Section 6

Return

To start a return, you must contact us as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days from the date you receive the item, at info@adelaideinternationalpvtltd.uk with the order number and reasons you are not satisfied. We may request further explanation and you must cooperate in providing this to us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return as stated herein will not be accepted.

Damage Issue

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will ask for proof of damage, so please take a photo and send us to our email when you request the refund.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants, vegetables, fruits, frozen items), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
